We loved how you looked after our Dad for us with utmost care 24/7. He felt welcome, included and very comfortable there. He always told us how much he enjoyed his meals and the company of the people at his table. He thought all the staff were fantastic and so did we. He always told us we found a wonderful place for him and we thought so too. It was good that he didn’t need to leave Greenwood for anything – his hair, podiatry, physio, doctors and entertainment were all there.
It was great that we could bring his furniture and other sentimental things to make him feel right at home there.
We always felt you looked after him and loved him just like a family member, of course you do that for everyone there, but it felt so personal. You were always on top of all his needs and never made him feel a burden or embarrassed about his declining health and ability to look after himself.
You always kept us informed about how he was going and any concerns you had. We can’t tell you enough how grateful we are for the care you gave him.

We would like to thank everyone for the wonderful celebration of Mum’s 100th birthday. The ambience at “Happy Hour” was wonderful. The cake was absolutely delicious and the entertainer played so magnificently you could see the joy he brought to the residents on their faces. The girls had her groomed immaculately on both days, which made our roles to just “turn-up” a pleasure.
